Together We Give. Together We Grow.
Rooted Together is a community-centered initiative that brings neighbors, nonprofits, donors, and corporate partners together to celebrate local impact, shared values, and the power of collective giving over the course of two years.
The initiative prioritizes multi-year grantmaking and relationship building, providing organizations with the time and resources needed to deepen their impact and build lasting capacity in a specific neighborhood within Bernalillo, Valencia, Torrance or Sandoval counties.
2025-2026 Grantee: StreetVision
The Foundation is proud to support StreetVision Housing Strategies (StreetVision), previously known as East Central Ministries, as the first grantee of Rooted Together.
StreetVision is transforming Albuquerque’s International District through innovative, community-driven housing and land use solutions. Their housing development project, ID Rising, includes two properties that will provide 23 permanently affordable rental homes in the historically underserved neighborhood.
With support from the Rooted Together initiative, StreetVision will continue to expand community engagement through neighborhood partnerships that elevate local voices and respond to emerging opportunities within the greater International District.

2025 Kickoff Celebration
In October 2025, our community came together for Rooted Together, an evening of connection, and collective impact.
We were thrilled to celebrate StreetVision Housing Strategies (formerly East Central Ministries), the first grantee of Rooted Together, our new community-led grant initiative. Their incredible work is helping to build more equitable and thriving neighborhoods right here in Albuquerque.
A heartfelt thank-you to all our sponsors, vendors, and community partners who made the event possible, and to everyone who showed up, shared their stories, and rooted themselves in the vision of a stronger, more connected community.
