The Community Finance Director position leads a growing portfolio of nonprofit financial services and capacity-building initiatives that strengthen nonprofit sustainability across New Mexico. The position provides strategic leadership for the Foundation and NMCT`s nonprofit financial services portfolio, including fiscal sponsorship, nonprofit accounting and bookkeeping capacity building, a nonprofit bridge loan program, and future nonprofit financial service initiatives.

✨ We’re thrilled to celebrate Mayte Lopez-Monzon, our 2026 Future Fund Outstanding Philanthropist Awardee!
Mayte has dedicated her career and countless volunteer hours to strengthening Albuquerque and New Mexico, with a special focus on supporting immigrant, Spanish-speaking, and underserved communities. As a first-generation Latina, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges these communities face and is a trusted advocate, leader, and ally for those whose voices are too often overlooked.
Through her board service, volunteer work, and countless hours supporting her community, Mayte continues to connect people with resources, create opportunities, and make sure no one feels overlooked. Her leadership and heart have made a lasting impact across New Mexico.
