Julie is a native New Mexican; this life and land are deeply enrooted in her person and are her passion. She loves everything about New Mexico, the outdoors, the food, the culture and the people. She is deeply committed to honoring the past, supporting the current and protecting the coming future. If she’s not home supporting her favorite teams, all east coast powerhouses, the Boston Celtics, the New England Patriots, or the Boston Red Socks, she’s at one of the state’s beautiful parks or lakes, camping, fishing, hiking or just enjoying the clear blue skies. Besides her son, an accomplished medical professional, she loves her two furry children, Lacy and Sophie. The pack keeps her busy day and night.

Julie has worked for many decades in Albuquerque, mainly for two large industries: an IT manufacturer and a premier healthcare organization. She specializes in keeping teams organized, on time, and on task. She loves digging in and helping solve process problems, but she mostly enjoys being with, and engaging people. She is proud to be on the Albuquerque Community Foundation staff and looking forward to supporting the community’s critical needs.
