The Service Dog Connection Fund was created to increase equitable access to service dogs, as these highly trained working dogs are expensive to acquire.
To be considered for a service dog through the Service Dog Connection Fund, specifically trained by Dog Training Elite New Mexico for your unique needs, please complete the online application. There is a fund advisory committee who will review applications and make a determination.

Application Requirements
There is a one-time $20 application fee. Applicants must be a New Mexico resident and demonstrate a disability that validates a need for a service dog.

Approved applicants will have a fundraising requirement to demonstrate their commitment to the program.
